WHAT IT IS
Here at Wallaroo Adventure Store, we want to make sure that you get a pack that fits like it was made for you. That's why we've developed our Osprey Pack Fit Guarantee. If you purchase a pack from us and the harness isn't the right size, we'll exchange it for the correct size. If we don't have the correct size in stock, we'll give you a full refund.
HOW IT WORKS
If you're based in Melbourne and surrounds, you can always visit us in store, and an experienced team member will help find the right pack for you, based on how you're going to use it and adjustments to fit your body.
If you're not based in Melbourne (and we know our customers come from all over Australia), you can use the guide below to help you order the right size. If you need someone to walk you through it, shoot us an email or give us a call!
Our standard returns policy is 30 days, but we've extended this to 90 days for our Osprey Pack Fit Guarantee. The pack must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You'll need to pay to ship the pack back to us, but we'll cover the cost of shipping out your new pack. If we don't have the size you need in stock, we'll give you a full refund, including our original shipping costs.
We ship using cartons and reusable satchels. If you need to return your pack, you can reuse the packaging it came in.
SIZE & FIT
Custom-fit backpacks are Osprey's Legacy. Their expertise in designing backpacks that fit every shape and size dates back to 1974, when Osprey was founded on designing custom packs for mountaineers headed to the Sierra.
Use the information below to help select the pack size that's right for you! Keep in mind that body shape and sizing varies from customer to customer. Not every pack will fit every customer. Adjustable packs allow us to fine-tune the fit for optimal comfort and hiking performance.
Many Osprey packs are available in multiple sizes to fit a range of torso lengths. Use the diagrams below to determine your torso measurement.

HOW TO CONTACT US
If the pack harness size you purchased is wrong and you'd like to arrange an exchange, please complete the form at the bottom of the page, and include the following information:
- Order number
- The pack you want to exchange (if you purchased multiple packs).
- Whether you'd prefer we contact you via phone or email.
The first thing we'll do is let you know if we have the size you need in stock. Then, we'll get you to ship your purchased pack back to us. Once we receive and inspect it, if we have the harness size you need, we'll ship it out (on us!).
If the size you need is unavailable, you can send the pack back to us and either wait for the stock to become available or receive a refund. If you'd prefer to receive a refund, we will refund you the full amount, including our original shipping costs.
